Recipe 500g Strong Bread Flour 150ml of lukewarm water 150ml of milk 35g of fresh yeast or 12g instant dry 1 tsp of sugar 1 tsp of salt 50g of softened butter US Cup Measurements. Approximates 4 cups of Strong Bread Flour 2/3 cup of lukewarm water 2/3 cup of milk 4 tsp of instant dry yeast 1 tsp of sugar 1 tsp of salt Half a stick of butter Preheat the oven to 250C. Reduce the temperature to 220C once you place the rolls inside and bake for 25 minutes
