Hi all, here's the recipe for your convenience, feel free to adapt it to your families requirements. This is for a family of four :)
600g of Lamb neck fillet
One large diced onion and the same quantity of sweed
Two sticks of celery
Two bay leaves and a tablespoon of finely chopped fresh rosemary
Couple of tablespoons of flour
Seasoning to taste
Homemade chicken bone stock, approx 800ml
Wuster Sauce (the correct way to pronounce it)
Butter (optional)
Plus anything else I've forgotten :)
