Hi everyone! Today we stay outside enjoying beatifull weather. We cook a simple meal made from chicken liver and onions, the sweetness of the onions greatly elevates this dish, so I highly recommend using them. While i prepare everything Vladimir is enjoying his time playing with our beloved dog Steluța(Star). We serve the dish at the end with mashed potatoes from our garden and homemade sauerkraut.
