ChinaTown Complex ULTIMATE Food Tour! This hawker centre in Singapore is known for cheap & delicious food. I tried out a number of hawker stalls and talked about my honest opinion.

1:47~ Hawker CHAN is probably the most famous stall in China Town Complex. Although the chicken was tender, I really didn't feel happiness eating it. First of all, the rice is normal white rice. When you're used to eating fragrant, tasty chicken rice, it tastes a bit bland. Secondly, the queue is too long. I waited 30 minutes on weekday, 1PM. Hawker CHAN is definitely not my go-to place, but you can give it a try! After all, it received a star from Michelin.

6:06~ Zhong Guo La Mian Xiao Long Bao is famous for its dumplings and xiao long bao. It was a little on the sweet side, but it compliments well with the black vinegar.

10:35~ OLD AMOY CHENDOL serves one of the best chendol! It is very simple with minimal ingredients, but you can really taste the genuine quality. Simple and delicious. Must try!

13:48~ ANN CHIN serves Peranakan delicacies. I tried out their popiah and kuei pai tee and they were both good. I love the crunchiness!

16:23~ Lian He Ben Ji Clay Pot Rice is also a popular Clay Pot stall among locals. They make claypot rice from scratch! That's why it takes a lot of time to serve (mine took 45 minutes), but it's worth the wait. The rice is incredibly fragrant and the chicken is so succulent. I also love the sweet Chinese sausages. Must try if you have time!

観光客だけでなく地元民にも大人気のホーカーズ（屋台街）です。中心街から近く、人気店も多いのでシンガポールに来たら絶対行っておきたいところ。ミシュランガイド掲載店も非常に多い。

1:47~ Hawker CHANは世界で最も安いミシュランのひとつとして知られている超人気店。昔は一皿S$2だったようですが、いまはS$2.80に値上げされていました。食べた感想…特に感動することもなく、わざわざ並んでまで食べなくてといいと思いましたね。チキン自体は柔らかく、味付けもきちんとされていましたが特段おいしいと感じませんでした。同価格帯ならマックスウェル・フードセンターの天天かその隣のAh Taiチキンライスの方が個人的におすすめです。
