Ingredients:
14 oz dried rice vermicelli
6 cups hot water
2 - 3 TBS neutral oil
3 large eggs - beaten
1 small onion - sliced
2" ginger - minced
4 cloves garlic - minced
2 carrots - sliced on the bias
1 bell pepper - cut into strips
1 cup napa cabbage - shredded
2 scallions - chopped
1 LB shrimp - cleaned and deveined
6 Chinese sausage (optional) sliced
2 TBS Shaoxing wine
2 TBS soy sauce
2 TBS oyster sauce
2 TBS curry powder
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp white pepper
