Tips:
⁃ You can take Grab trike in DGT airport to Port instead of hailing a tricycle (mas mura pala lol).
⁃ There are food stalls, Dunkin Donuts and Potato Corner inside the Port Boarding and Waiting gate.
⁃ Check the ferry rides schedule on your scheduled date to avoid long waiting time.
⁃ Motor rents are also available upon arriving at the Siquijor port. But we opted to take tricycle instead because of bad weather.
⁃ Sand1 hostel is located at the town of San Juan.
⁃ There is also a Motor rent at Sand1 (P400/Day) but we decided to look along the road and found one in Palm village Guesthouse (walking distance near Sand 1) for P350/Day.
⁃ Runik charge is 350/pax but it is consumable to foods and drinks. You can sit anywhere. Cabanna rent is for P500 (optional)
⁃ Brings lots of small money P20s as there are minimal entrance fees or donation to tourist spots.
⁃ Cambugahay falls opens at 8AM and we decided to come early to avoid the crowd.
⁃ Hapitanan broomstick and photo ops offers food and drinks. They have pica pica, silog meals, banana que on the side, shakes and drinks, etc).
⁃ Old balete tree and fish spa have souvenir shops and restaurant as well.
⁃ Salagdoon is free entrance. But for viewing and picture taking only (as of that day). No swimming / cliff diving.
⁃ Larena Triad is overlooking restaurant.
⁃ We took the 10AM Siquijor to DGT port. Time slot for each boat are available in the vlog.
⁃ Siliman U, Dumaguetme signage, Jo’s Chicken Inato & Sans Rival Cakes & Pastries are walking distance from port.
⁃ Grab trike from Sans Rival place to Airport is P80.
