Japanese Tofu 3 tubes, cut smaller 2. Minced pork 3. Carrots, sliced 4. Sweet green pea, few pieces cut half 5. Egg 1pc 6. Ginger small piece, sliced 7. Garlic 1 clove, minced 8. Red chilli 1pc, remove seeds and slice thicker 9. White spring onion, slice thicker Seasoning 1. Bean paste 1/2tbsp 2. Oyster sauce 1/2tbsp 3. Sugar little 4. Light soya sauce little 5. Corn starch solution Method 1. Deep fry the tofu under high heat till golden brown 2. Fry the pork till oil extracted, then add in garlic, ginger and white spring onion. Stir fry till aromatic. 3. Add bean paste and oyster sauce and fry till aromatic. Add water, sugar and light soya sauce. Bring to boil. 4. Add in red chilli, carrot and green peas. Mix well and bring to boil. Add in fried tofu and bring to boil. 5. Turn to low heat and add in corn starch solution and mix well. Set aside 6. Heat up and hot plate. Add little oil and fry the egg. Transfer the tofu on it. 7.
