SKIDOO PRE SEASON MAINTENANCE CHAINCASE OIL, SPARK,PLUGS, FUEL FILTER - SNOWMOBILE LINQ ACCESSORIES

2015 skidoo Renegade 600 etec In this video I show installation of some aftermarket upgrade parts and regular pre season maintenance. This will all be the same for any skidoo XS chassis sled and very similar to the rev XP chassis sleds. So skidoo model years 2008 - 2017 all will be very similar. First in the video I’m taking my sled to the local dealer to have the rave valve position re learned if you don’t have this done it will set a check engine light. Ask me how I know. Then I’m back out to Marks ( ​⁠​⁠@XTP94 ) garage to install some upgrades. First I’m installing some Burgstrom ski skags that go between your plastic skis and carbide runners. They are there to help prolong the plastic wear of you factory skis. Then, we are installing South Simco Machine linq tunnel protectors that help keep your tunnel from getting beat up by your linq accessories. Next is a quick install of the recoil / pull start Handle with a South Simco Machine custom billet aluminum Handle. Then on to maintenance items First I show how to change the chain case oil and refill the case. Including removing the muffler and battery. Next I show how to change the external fuel filter.
