Ebony Gauntlets - Fortify Archery + Fortify Sneak
Ebony Boots - Fortify Sneak + Fortify Stamina
Necklace - Fortify Destruction + Fortify Archery
Ring - Fortify Archery + Fortify Illusion
Ebony Bow - Chaos Damage + Fire Damage
I put Illusion on the mid game gear with the intention to use Illusion spells but I didn't need them. I would recommend replacing with Enchantments that boost either stamina or health for the mid game gear.

Ebony Plate Armor - Fortify Health + Fortify Stamina
Ebony Plate Gauntlets - Fortify Pickpocket + Fortify Archery
Ebony Plate Boots - Fortify Sneak + Fortify Stamina Regen

Silver Ring - Fortify Archery + Fortify Magic Resistance
