In this video, I use mods to buy other people's property in Skyrim's great city of Whiterun and aim to become the ultimate real estate tycoon. But climbing the ladder of financial power in the big city is a dangerous game. Will Gjeoffriehy ascend to the greatest heights, or will he crumble under the weight of his own financial burdens?
In my last video, "I Turned Skyrim into a Farming Simulator," Gjeoffriehy became a prosperous farmer. Now, he's expanding his economic influence and investing in the Whiterun housing market.

I was surprised by how much depth there is to how your choices with this mod affect people's opinion of you, which became the real focus of this playthrough in the latter half of the video.
