A year ago I released "Won't Be Slain Here," an original song based on Slay the Princess. What I didn’t anticipate was the overwhelming support from people in the fandom with close to 1,500,000 streams between YouTube and Spotify! Thank You!
Naturally, some people were wondering if I would make a sequel to the track. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find a new angle to approach the game that would feel unique. Requests poured in when The Pristine Cut was released, but even then, I still didn’t have any plans to make a sequel or any kind of follow up.
This changed a few months ago while brainstorming ideas to get more uploads out on the channel. I landed on the idea of our Mix Enigineer, oo oxygen, producing remixes of our previous songs to help fill the gap between new songs. After some thought, I decided this would be the perfect song to test the waters. We hope you like it!
