Virtual First Fridays in the Blue Studio with Art School faculty member Karen Snyder-Kadish - Premiered LIVE on FB & IG, October 2, 2020, 6:15 PM-6:45 PM
Slip transferring is a process by which you add colored slips, and/or underglazes to paper, and then transfer them to clay.
"I love this process, as it allows me the freedom to play on paper, come up with a design that I'm really happy with, and then commit it to the surface of my piece. This method also allows me to work on flat, curved, or irregular surfaces. Painting or drawing from clay isn't nearly as forgiving! We'll have some fun and expand your decorating skills in the process."
