Video Not Working? Fix It Now

In a follow-up conversation to Ideology in American Education: Race, Entitlement, Victimhood and Realities of World History, director and filmmaker Eli Steele, photographer and essay writer Ildi Tillmann, and FAIR Executive Director Monica Harris will have a discussion about propaganda, and about the connections between commercial and political sloganing. They will also be talking about Ildi's new project, Captured Landscapes, which explores the theme of propaganda in the context of Cuba and New York. Captured Landscapes, a multimedia, art-documentary endeavour, will combine Ildi's photography and storytelling with jazz music composed by Elio Villafranca, a Cuban jazz musician. The project received starter funding from the Shelby Steele Foundation.
