Slow Stitching with artistic flair, using your creativity and intuition. This is part two of a little series I am doing. Using the same printed cloth and adding our own special flavour to it. Part 1 produced a vibrant picture using Inktense paint sticks. Here in part two the same material has been used to create a more romantic dreamy sort of piece of textile art. Using different techniques including layering of sheer fabrics to add a blush of colour,, and taking a little inspiration from a traditional craft called candle wicking along with other hand stitched embroidery techniques.
