2 Lbs Beef Flank
2 Pieces Tendon
3 Lbs Beef Bones
2 Lbs Beef Ribs
3 Char Onion
1 Char Ginger
1 Tbsp Salt
1/2 Cup Fish Sauce
1 Clump Rock Sugar
Cooking For About 4-5 Hours
*2 Hours Take Out The Beef Flank
*After 4-5 Hours, Add:
Orange Pell Dried
7 Star Anise
1/2 Cup Coriander Seed
2 Black Cardamon
1 Cinnamon Stick
7-8 Pieces Clove
Turn off the heat and let it sit for 15 minutes, then take it out.
*Topping in the Bowl:
Pho Noodles
Beef Flank
MeatBall
Onion
Cilantro
Green Onion
