Comedians Vic & Joey play ace detectives Jessie Smith and James Wesson. As part of the famed "Mayumi Vice Squad" under Mayor Mayumi (Panchito Alba) the dynamic duo match wits against the equally notorious Tio Pablo (Paquito Diaz). The perennial villain is a major thorn in Smith & Wesson's campaign for a cleaner Manila as his syndicate controls gambling and prostitution dens. It becomes a truly funny adventure as Smith & Wesson meet and dispose of various underworld characters including the assassin Don Johnson Wax (Rene Requiestas) in the backstreets of HongKong no less.
