Smoked Bacon Wrapped Jalapeño Pepper Popper Recipe, made in an Oklahoma Joe Combo Offset Smoker. Coring out the Jalapeños with a Jalapeño corer. In this video we do an offset smoke of bacon wrapped jalapeños stuffed with a cheddar & cream cheese stuffing. The most time consuming portion of this video happens in the smoke. Depending on how high you run the heat it could take over an hour to get the bacon crispy. I like to run my smoker around 275 degrees with your standard Kingsford briquettes.
