I recommend this simple recipe for vertuta with apples:

135 ml. water
125 ml. oil
half a teaspoon of salt
380 g of sifted flour
+/- 50 g of flour for dusting the table and kneading the dough
✏️ For the filling:
2500 kg. apples
2 tablespoons of sugar per cake with apples. It turns out quite sweet. At the same time, these are sweet apples. If the apples are sour, you can add more sugar.
If desired, you can add a pinch of vanilla or cinnamon to the apples.
✏️ Fry the vertuts on a small fire on each side under a closed lid for 10 minutes.
