Is a near $1,000 tool truck high torque impact from Snap-On really all that much different to a Milwaukee 2767 M18 FUEL? You'd hope it would be for the price, but Snap-On has nevertheless felt the need to come out with the new model CT9080 to replace CT9075 just to prove that point. Today we find out if that points been proven at all.
