1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup white wine, optional
1-2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
salt and pepper
1/2- 1 tablespoon sweet or strong paprika
1 teaspoon sugar
For the Dough
180g flour , all-purpose or tipo 00
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
100g super cold butter, cut into cubes
2 tablespoons cold water
1 egg, beaten
For the egg wash
1 egg yolk
1-2 tablespoons milk
