When I posted this exactly one year ago, I caught a lot of flak for what I said. I don't think I necessarily stand by a lot of my takes today. I was in a bad place mentally at the time and just wanted an excuse to talk about a band I love while I coped.
This video is also the only one on my channel to feature my father, who passed away this week. He speaks in the credit sequence, at 28:22. I always left the comments on for the video, because I don't want to run away from criticism and felt encouraging dialogue was relevant to my thesis. But, given that this is the one of the places I will have to hear my father's voice again, comments will be off going forward. I just don't want to see discourse in a place like that. I'll try to post more Beatles hot takes in the future to offset lol
