***Here’s a great kit that converts your Poulan spur sprocket to a rim
sprocket. The kit comes with the clutch,drum,rim sprocket oil pump and needle bearing. It has an 8 tooth so if you wantec to run a 14” bar you could get some fast chain speed or just change the srocket to 6 or 7 tooth and run the larger bars.

What I did to this homeowner Poulan 2150 to make it cut MUCH better.
These free modifications are easy to do but do so at your own risk.
I feel they make the saw more reliable but that is just my opinion.
It most certainly cuts better and runs better than it ever did when it came from the factory plus much smoother.
These mods apply to the 2050,2150,2450,2075 etc as well as the Poulan Pro 260 and many other models.
