A small introduction to the structure:
- It originally had a 486 SX 33MHz cpu, but I replaced it with a DX2 66 MHz version, it recognizes it flawlessly and works with it...
- I tried a 486DX100MHz OverDrive in it. It doesn't recognize it well, but based on the measurements, the cpu runs at 100MHz.
- I couldn't find it, I can find a Cache card, I want to buy it..
- I haven't been able to identify it yet, but I think the socket looks like 238 PIN when viewed from above, but I can't see if that particular pin 238 is actually soldered in, I didn't take it apart to check...
- It is interesting that after 2x1 day of use, the battery was charged and it kept the BIOS settings and the time even after about 1 week.
- It has an integrated WD monitor controller, in principle on the VLB bus, and the VRAM can be expanded in it, but of course I can't assign RAM to it from anywhere... If you can, let me know, thanks!
- The original power supply was defective, but I solved it with a donor and managed to keep the original box of the power supply.
- The original ALR LAN card froze the windows installer many times, I don't even know if it needs an external driver, or just the card is faulty, maybe that part should be replaced 🙂
- It was very dirty, it could have come from a slightly smoky place, but at the price of a good bit of peeling, I managed to get rid of the smell and it became quite "shiny"
- I also found a "color matching" CD drive...

Kis ismertető a szerkezethez:
- Eredetileg egy 486 SX 33MHz cpu volt benne de kicseréltem DX2 66 MHz változatúra, hibátlanul felismeri, működik vele..
- Kipróbáltam benne egy 486DX100MHz OverDrive-ot. Nem jól ismeri fel, viszont a mérések alapján megy benne 100MHz-en a cpu.
- Nem találtam, találok hozza Cache kártyát, szeretnék hozzá venni..
- Még nem tudtam azonosítani, de szerintem a foglalata felülről nézve 238 PIN kinézetű, csak nem látom hogy az a bizonyos 238-as láb is tényleg be van e forrasztva, nem szereltem szét hogy megnézzem...
- Érdekesség hogy 2x1 napi használat után feltöltődött benne az akku és kb 1 hét után is tartotta a BIOS beállításokat és az időt is.
- Integrált WD monitorvezérlője van, VLB buszon elvileg, és a VRAM bővíthető benne, de persze nem tudok hozzá rendelni sehonnan ramot... Ha tudsz, jelezz nekem köszi!
- Az eredeti táp hibás volt benne, de egy donorral megoldottam, és a táp eredeti dobozát így sikerült megtartani.
- A eredeti ALR LAN kártya sokszor megfagyasztotta a windows telepítőjét, nem is tudom talán külső driver kellene hozzá, vagy csak a kártya hibás, talán azt az alkatrészt ki kellene cserélni 🙂
- Jó koszos volt, enyhén dohányos helyről jöhetett, de jó kis pucolás árán sikerült elmulasztani a szagát és eléggé "csillogó lett"
- Találtam hozzá egy "színben hozzáillő CD meghajtót is...
