Alfredo Dimas Jr. says the death of his brother Domingo is a big loss to their family since he was their breadwinner, and talks about the caring and helpful nature of his slain brother. Valenzuela City Police investigator SPO4 Armando Delima details their investigation into Domingo’s murder.
