Ingredients (8 donuts)
190 g milk, 7 g instant dry yeast
35g sugar, 7g salt
1 egg
350 g Bread flour
Butter butter 40g
Sugar for topping

Milk, eggs: use cold in summer

Fry while maintaining the oil temperature at 180°C (356°F).
Never increase the oil temperature too much.
