Soft, Delicious Chicken & Egg Chinese Steam Buns

Ingredients
(6 medium size of steam buns/bao)
(A) Fillings:-
1. 140g Boneless chicken thigh ( 1 small size of whole chicken
thigh )
2. Some parsley & green onion
3. 1/2 tsp Salt
4. 1/4 tsp Brown sugar
5. 1 tsp Light soy sauce
6. 1 tsp Corn starch
7. 1 tsp Oyster sauce
8. 1/2 tsp Fried onion & garlic ( can be replace with grated garlic &
onion )
9. 5 tbsps Water
10. 1 tbsp Oil
11. Sprinkles of pepper
12. 1 Hard boiled egg
(A) Yeast mixture:-
1. 90ml Warm milk
2. 3g ( 1 tsp ) Instant dried yeast
3. 5g ( 1 tsp ) Caster sugar
(B) Dough:-
1. 190g ( 1 1/4 cup ) Bao flour ( can be replaced with all purpose
flour )
2. 15g ( 1 tbsp ) Caster sugar
3. 1/2 tsp Baking powder
4. 15g ( 1 tbsp ) Melted butter ( can be replaced with vegetable
cooking oil )
Steam for 13 minutes. Open lid after 2 minutes.
*Don't open lid right after turning off fire, sudden changes of temperature will result in buns collapse.
