The restaurant we asked to photograph this time is Motsu-no, a motsu-ni specialty restaurant in Kanagawa Prefecture. The store is run by a cheerful, beautiful, and powerful proprietress who prepares the food by herself from the morning.
The atmosphere is cheerful and friendly before the store opens, but as soon as the store opens, it changes to the face of a splendid “proprietress. Many of the customers are regulars, and the restaurant is well-loved by the locals.
The motsu, which is stewed thoroughly the day before, is as tender and flavorful as the best Wagyu beef.
The Miso flavor was sold out in no time after opening, followed by the Curry and Soy sauce flavors, and the 40 kg of stewed motsu were all sold out before 12:30 pm.
