It’s subconscious after a golfer has played for a good number of years.. they will ‘drift’ into complacency when setting up or addressing the ball. Getting good body alignment is one thing, but producing good posture (the angles required of the body) in order to produce your best swing? Is another.
Often overlooked by sooo many senior and weekend golfers, is knee bend.
In this video I explain how tidying up the knee flex in the address produces an awesome posture. This in turn, will fix a number of swing errors automatically.
