In this webinar, we give an overview SOLIDWORKS tools you can use for your thermal stress analyses starting with a simple hand calculation and work our way up to a CFD + FEA one-way coupled study. We use SOLIDWORKS Simulation Standard (structural static), SOLIDWORKS Simulation Professional (convection presciption), and Flow Simulation (convection simulation) to calculate the bonding stresses on a simple chip model.
Presenters with combined 20 years of simulation experience:
Sam Oanes
Shaun Bentley
