The autumn leaves season is over, but the other day, I enjoyed the autumn / winter camp with "Kamo Nanban Soba" and bonfire in the murmuring of the river and the wilderness. It was the best time to warm up to the core of my body with a bonfire and "shochu" hot water.
*"Kamo Nanban Soba" is a meal with warm soup and soba with soft duck and Japanese-grown onions.
*”Shochu" is a clear Japanese liquor distilled from barley or potatoes.
