The secret is that there is no secret. This short video is meant as an intro to the concepts involved in clearing a building by yourself. The main point to remember is that when you are completely alone, all of the jobs that would be handled by a larger team are going to be handled only by you. In other words, at all times you are giving up some level of security in order to gain something else. While this video does show some techniques, it leaves out a lot of information because there is simply not enough time in a day to cover it all and have it be meaningfully done for learning in this format.
