This homeowner has had constant flooding in his basement. Several companies wanted to install pumps, which didn't make sense to him. He said everything he did on the exterior helped with the flooding and so was convinced the problem should be addressed there. We caught the gutters and stubbed out for several additional downspouts and did some regrading to address the basement flooding. After several months things are looking good!
