Some considerations on diffraction data quality, diffraction limits, and
refinement approaches and outcomes - Gerard Bricogne
There exists a seamless continuum of quality-centred concerns ranging
from raw diffraction data to the parametrisation and validation of complex
fine details in models refined against especially high-quality data.
This is a vast subject, and this talk will endeavour to touch upon some of
the main issues that determine the distinctive merits of crystallographic
results compared to those provided by other techniques in Structural
Biology.
