i'm still on my new lifestyle and diet journey, and i have never been this serious about my diet and physical activity before hahaahahha.
so basically i am currently doing my IF, doing 10k steps a day, and avoiding eating carbs and gluten, as well as ultra-processed foods as much as i can -- emm,, and ofc having more whole foods, such as veggies, fruits, and protein.
so far, experience has been so g8 and i have already lost 5 kgs, which is crazy. I didn't think i can lose that much by doing this. but here i am 🥺🫳🏻
