Today I am reviewing my Sonder Broken Road Pinion Ti, an expedition mountain bike which I used to ride the GDMBR in 2023, and which I will be riding the Tour Aotearoa in early 2025. The most notable feature of this bike is the Pinion gear box, which puts all the moving parts of the gear system out of harm’s way and gives an almost silent, well-balanced ride. Anyone who watched my videos riding the GDMBR will know how much I love this bike, I didn't have a single mechanical issue over the 2700 miles of challenging terrain, and it is ready to go again for my upcoming tour in New Zealand.
If you enjoyed this review please check out the others on my channel, and consider checking out my main channel where you can see this bike an action on my ride of the GDMBR.
Thank you for watching.
