The cute yellow tin was so tempting, that I just had to get and try this watercolour set. The Sonnet watercolours are made by Nevskaya Palitra, which also create the White Nights watercolours. The Sonnet ones are the student grade line with "cheaper pigments, a smaller pigment load, a little more binder and fillers" in their paints. To see how they perform, I did extensive testing on the paints and here are my results.
