It contains 92% water, and it is one of the healthiest vegetables. This is a recipe of bottle gourd flavoured kottige or kadubu. Rice and finely chopped bottle gourd are main ingredients. You can use banana leaves to steam the same. Or it can also be prepared by using plates. Both methods are well explained in the video.
