1)把sotong腌制1茶勺盐、少许胡椒粉、1个蛋清、2勺玉米淀粉抓拌均匀
2)1根香茅、3个红葱头、3瓣蒜、30克虾米切碎
3)热锅热油,把sotong中火慢炸,炸至金黄色捞出
4)锅留底油爆香虾米,再倒入其他备料炒香,加1勺咖喱粉、1勺酱油、1勺黑酱油、1勺蚝油炒均匀
5)最后倒入炸好的sotong快速炒均即可❤️
