Please note: Ek dum authentic Kerala sambar masala mein hum jeera nahi dalte he. toh aap log ko jeera pasand he toh half tablespoon jeera bhi daal sakthe he. Or ise sambar masala ka main ingrediant hai kada hing ye dalega tho sambar masala powder ka flavour or smell bahot din tak rukkegi. We didn't add any preservatives toh bottle mein air tight karke rakna chahiye.

Kashmiri Chilli 25 g
Coriander Seeds 35 g
Fenugreek Seeds 2 tbsp (35 g)
Chana Dal 4 tbsp (75 g)
Urad Dal 2.5 tbsp (50 g)
Rice 2 tbsp (40 g)
Kada Hing (Asafoetida) 30 g
Curry Leaves 2 Nos
Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
