This video explains how to make Muttai Kulambu in Tamil. Most of you asked for a Non-Veg dish. But you already know that we post only Veg recipes. Since we get lots of requests on this, we planned to go with Egg. There is a section like eggitarian. In that, we planned for egg kulambu (Muttai Kulambu). Usually, people will boil the egg first and put it on kulambu. When doing that, the flavour may not be fully absorbed. But here, we directly pour the egg into the kulambu.

Here are the ingredients for this Muttai kulambu, Muttai kuzhambu
Muttai Kuzhambu
Groundnut oil - 100 ml
Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
Fenugreek seeds - 1/4 tsp
Garlic - 6 cloves
Shallots - 10 nos
Onion - 1 no
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 ½ tsp
Tomato - 2 nos
Tamarind - one small ball
Egg - 4 nos
Curry leaves - 1 string
Salt - To taste
