Pinoy birthdays will never be complete without our favorite sweet-style spaghetti! So cheesy and so meaty!
Serves 5 to 7.
INGREDIENTS:
Set A:
2 packs (360g each) spaghetti noodles, cooked per package directions
Water, as needed
Salt, to taste
Oil (optional)
Set B:
2 tablespoons cooking oil
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 piece small onion, chopped
1/4 kilogram ground pork
1/4 kilogram ground beef
4 tablespoons fish sauce
1 pack (500 grams) Sweet Filipino Style Spaghetti Sauce
1 bottle (320 grams) banana catsup
¼ bottle hot & spicy banana catsup, or as desired
1 can condensed milk
1/2 cup grated cheese
500 grams hotdogs, cut diagonally (half for garnish)
Salt and pepper, to taste
Set C (Garnish):
1 cup grated cheese
Sliced hotdogs (from Set B)
