In my first "how to" video, I convert my Specialized Turbo Vado SL into a slick and slack drop bar gravel bike.
Taking to my workshop, i take you step by step through how i converted the bike including removing the motor, handlebars and brakes.
I fitted shimano 10 speed 105 5700, a drop link and medium cage rear derailleur, as well as Tektro flat mount brakes and 160mm rotors.
Handlebars are Pro Discover Gravel flared bars, stem is a Redshift Shockstop 100mm.
The bike rides really well and has a great relaxed feel with its geometry - like a slack and laid back Creo!
