This is a new and improved version of my seitan sausage for those who prefer plant based or vegan recipes. It's made with seitan, and yes, you really have to make it with seitan or it will be very different. This recipe comes together quickly and takes less time to make than our other sausage, and... IT TASTES BETTER, has a better texture, and overall, is just an awesome plant based sausage.
