* 100g Water 水
* 150g All-purpose flour 中筋面粉
* 2g Salt 盐
* 85g Spinach puree 菠菜泥
2. Dumpling Filling饺子馅儿：
* 450g Ground pork 猪肉末
* 1tsp Salt 盐
* 1/8tsp Withe pepper powder 胡椒粉
* 2tsp Soy sauce 生抽
* 2tbsp SOil 油
* 50g Water+10g Ginger+10g Green onion
* 50g水+10g姜末+10g葱花
* Celery 芹花
