A shorter vlog this week. The week has been fairly quiet. My 'better eating' intention went completely wrong one day last week, but that's ok. I'm not too bothered. We all have days where we "eat our feelings" and we know when it happens. Best to accept it was not the best day and just move on. As Scarlett O'Hara said, 'tomorrow is another day'.
My main task from the past week has been decluttering in the kitchen. I needed to make space for a future purchase and just get stuck in and sort out the herbs and spices. So many Out Of Dates it was shameful.
