[Spring Routine] ”Takikomi-gohan(Seasoned Rice)” with Fresh Bamboo shoot/ Spring Vegetables Tempura (Butter-bur Shoot, Bracken & Fatsia Sprouts)/ Wakatakejiru Soup / Stores at Sakurada / Michi-no-Eki [Country Life]
Moved to Izu and started a country life. Live in a “Kominka” -an old Japanese style house, by my self.
I will show you a day which I enjoyed harvesting bamboo shoots, “Takikomi-gohan (seasoned rice)” with bamboo shoots and spring vegetables dishes in this video.
Stores in Matsuzaki town and the tasty soba noodle lunch at the “Michi-no-Eki” of HananosanseienIzuMatsuzaki are highly recommended!
