after the agency heard from few people that people disappeared without playing their dent, they started investigating and since it's a death game dazai volunteered to enter as a player ( rampo knew everything but he let dazai figure out himself about the rest on his own )
Of course now dazai figured out everything and just have too give the information to the outside. He doesn't really have team, he stay discreet.
