Sri M on Kriya, Prana & Understanding Reality

Sri M was in Malaysia in August 2024. Between 25 and 27 August 2024, Astana Centre for Exploring Consciousness organised an evening Satsang on 25 August and a 2 day non residential kriya retreat from 26 to 27 August 2024. This satsang was recorded on the first day of the retreat where Sri M explained about Kriya as an important tool to understanding reality.
