Ending a journey that began on February 19, the legendary S.S. UNITED STATES has arrived in Mobile, Alabama today, March 3, 2025, where she will be prepped for reefing over the next year or so to be sunk off the Florida coast as the world's largest artificial reef. In this footage shot by Keith and Joy Cooper, we see the 1952-built liner entering the outer harbor, taking on the pilot and proceeding through the main channel.
