I smoked my ribs using Pit Boss Hickory Blend Pellets for 2.5 Hrs. Spritzing with chicken broth every 30 minutes after 1.5 Hrs. Then I doubled rapped using aluminum foil, placed in oven for about 35 minutes. I rested the ribs for 30 minutes.
